Request data deletion

Yter accounts contain your order history, saved favorites, and profile details. We take data deletion seriously.

Delete from the app

The fastest way to erase all your data is inside the app.

Open settings and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes all data from our servers.

Delete with email & password

Sign in below with the same email and password you use in Yter. This runs the same account deletion as the app.

Google sign-in accounts: delete from the app, or set a password first.

Are you sure? This cannot be undone.

Need help?

If you cannot sign in, email us at support@lovly.lt. Inactive accounts are automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
